Critter Couch furniture had its orthopedic beginnings over 20 years ago.  At some point in her life our old four-footed family member could no longer get up on our couch.  We wanted her to have a respectable place of her own in our living room so she could still feel like part of the group.  We took great care in the design of the couch so that she could comfortably rest her head on the arms of the couch for support. We made a careful selection of  firm but yet supportive foam.  Being away from the floor was also important.  The Critter Couch evolved from there.
